Village of Jordan Police Department Discovery Records
In compliance with NYS Criminal Procedure Law (CPL) §245.20[1][s], the Village of Jordan Police Department is mandated to provide records of calibration and certification of devices used when a violation of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law is alleged.
As recommended by the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, the Village of Jordan Police Department herewith provides the calibration and certification records for the devices indicated.
