Construction is starting back up in the Village of Jordan.

Highlander Construction plans to be back on site the first week of April.  the work will start on Main Street in the Village of Jordan.

 Contract No.1 – Robinson

• Hamilton Road Tank and Pump Station site work
• Asphalt Restoration end of Hamilton Rd
• 
  

Contract No.2 – Highlander

• Complete service installations on N Hamilton St.
• Complete tie in on Delhi St.
• Complete tie in on Clinton St east of N Hamilton St.
• Asphalt placement on Clinton Terrace, Lawrence St, S Hamilton St, and Mechanic St.
• Cut and cap at the Elbridge Village Office.
• Topsoil restorations various areas.
• Potential water main installation on Mechanic St at the Library.

Contract No.1 – Robinson

• Finish services on Hamilton Rd.
• Install the new vault for the emergency bypass on Hamilton Rd near Route 5.
• Asphalt Restoration on Hamilton Rd, Crossett Rd, Chatfield Rd, and patching other areas as needed.
• Lawn Restoration.

Contract No.2 – Highlander

• Route 5 E: 16” HDPE creek to South St.
• Tie in HDPE pipe, testing, chlorination, and completion.
• South St crossing.
• Lawrence St – open cut.
• Skaneateles Creek crossing Jordan.
• Mechanic St – open cut.

Contract No.1 – Robinson

• Tapping main on Crossett Rd and run inlet and outlet piping to Crossett Rd pump station
• Services on Hamilton Rd
• Site work at Jordan Rd booster Station
• Possible Jordan Rd and Hamilton Rd site work

Contract No.2 – Highlander

• Route 5 E: 16” HDPE Creek to west
• Route 5 E: 16” HDPE creek to South St.
• Tie in HDPE pipe, testing chlorination and completion
• Service Wayside – South St. Fire and domestic
• Restorations – sidewalks and topsoil Route 5 E
• Removals of hydrants and valve boxes

Contract No. 1 - Robinson

• Locations: Kingston Rd and Hamilton Rd
• Removing hydrants and valves, preforming restoration, and cutting and capping pipe
• Installing services from the Hamilton Rd pump station to Route 5
• Possible work at Hamilton Rd Tank site and Jordan Rd Pump Station

Contract No. 2 – Highlander

• Locations: South St and Route 5
• Installing services on South St
• Drilling Skaneateles Creek on Route 5
• Topsoil restoration from Tops Plaza heading east down Route 5
• Possible work in Jordan but not confirmed

 Highlander is wrapping up in the Village of Elbridge and will likely be moving to Village of Jordan in about 2 weeks. They plan to start work on Mechanic St and then move to Main St. Then the side streets would follow. 

Work hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30

Roads may be reduced to one lane traffic, and will re-open at the end of the workday.

NY Rt 5:

drilling operations for pipe, moving west toward Fastrac

intersections of Olympic and Locust, water pipe connections

Meadow Drive, pipe installation

Work hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30

Roads may be reduced to one lane traffic, and will re-open at the end of the workday.

Crew 1:  Hamilton Rd between NY Rt 5 and the J-E High School, working north.

Crew 2:  Kinston Rd between Gorham Rd and NY Rt 321, working south

Crew 3:  Crossett Rd and Dumar Dr installing taps on the new pipe.

Highlander

Crew 1:  NYS Route 5 setting up to begin directional drill install on the Eastern side of the Village of Elbridge. Drilling may start end of this week or next.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Robinson has Two (2) Crews Mobilized:

Crew No. 1:

• Finish water main installation on Gorham Road.
• After Gorham Road is complete, installation of the water main on Kingston Road south to the UV Facility will commence.

Crew No. 2:

• Finish water main installation on Crossett Road and Dumar Drive.
• After Crossett Road and Dumar Drive are complete, installation of the water main on Brutus Road will commence.  This crew will start from the pool on Brutus Road and make their way east to the intersection of Brutus Road and Hamilton Road.
